隨著外食愈來愈方便,再加上工作及生活上的種種壓力,經常讓人覺得要找出時間在家下廚做出好吃又營養的餐點,還真困難。而這本由我的好朋友馬可主廚所寫的食譜書,不僅以地中海飲食為出發點,而且裡面的每道菜都經過精心設計,只要花點時間就可以做出來,實在是很簡單,又讓人超滿足!
