本研究針對真空電鍍作業之職業危害暴露現況及其職業衛生法規收集等進行調查研究，以期了解真空電鍍作業型態、作業環境有害物暴露實態、及法令之規定，提供國內真空電鍍作業職業危害預防之建議。

This study investigates the occupational hazard exposure and collection of occupational health laws and regulations in the vacuum deposition process with the expectation of understanding the types of vacuum deposition operations， the exposure of hazardous substances in the environment to provide recommendations for the prevention of occupational hazards in vacuum deposition processes in Taiwan.
