本展覽展出近現代宜興紫砂陶塑與茗壺兩大類，展覽特色在於係江蘇宜興地區1980至1990年代國營工廠時期，工藝美術大師們追求創新突破的代表作品。其中，首次在臺展出徐秀棠大師巔峰時期的三套紫砂陶塑原作《十八羅漢》、《飲中八仙》、《坐八怪》，以及當代宜興紫砂名家茗壺創作等，讓觀眾在品味紫砂典雅美感之際，能夠近身領略紫砂工藝的藝術發展與創新風貌。
