2012台灣燈會是我國舉辦燈會以來規模最大，展 期最長，投入人力最多，表演團隊最盛大的燈會。 「2012台灣燈會」創下燈會多項歷史新紀錄，從2月4 日試燈起至19日閉幕累計參觀遊客超過1，170萬人次，創造至少新台幣100億元以上經濟產值，寫下彰化建縣以來最盛大節慶活動的歷史紀錄，更創下台灣燈會23年來參觀人數最多的新紀錄，這次燈會也是台灣燈會舉辦23年來困難度最高的燈會，期間動員2萬人次以上警察同仁協助交管維安、投入志工與工作人員11，246人次協助燈會服務、衛生醫療服務人員1，000人次協助緊急救護、清潔人員8，100人次及環保志工與工作人員2，500人次隨時全場巡邏清潔垃圾，每一位服務人員都展現了高度敬業精神，獲得遊客的一致好評，也是最成功的一次燈會。伯源在此再次感謝參與燈會工作的團隊人員，有您們辛勞的付出，才能讓燈會完美演出，也讓燈會整體滿意度高達97.7％。
