2009這一年來，北館館全心扮演營造市民藝術生活的基地，其中除了全館同仁盡心投入外，亦要感謝藝術界與其他各界朋友的支持與愛護，讓美術館在策劃展覽、規劃活動、徵藏作品、研究出版等各方面都能有發展與進步。(Over the past year TFAM has focused on transforming itself into a platform for artistic activities geared toward fellow urbanites.
