內容簡介
本書延續過去五本水產養殖專書(海鱺、石斑魚、虱目魚、蝦類、烏魚)的編撰傳統,由國立海洋大學(NTOU)與台灣水產學會(FST)、世界養殖學會(WAS)、亞洲水產學會(FAS)共同出版。本書由廖一久院士與亞洲太平洋水產養殖中心(Network of Aquaculture Centres in Asia Pacific, NACA)總幹事 Eduardo M. Leaño 共同編輯,並集結36位頂尖吳郭魚水產養殖專家的專業研究成果,全面呈現吳郭魚養殖產業的現況與未來發展趨勢。
我們期望本書能夠成為相關研究人員及水產養殖相關科系學生的重要參考資料,為未來的研究與發展提供借鑒。同時,也希望讓國際學界與產業界更深入了解台灣吳郭魚養殖的技術與貢獻,進一步促進全球水產養殖的發展。
