法學英文，畢竟仍是英文，要先能看懂單字，才能對背後的法律概念進行剖析，進而選出正確的答案。但要能記得快、記得好、記得久，不能只是英文單字的排列，還得要輔以英美法的背景知識才可。因此，作者針對坊間書籍的不足之處，以讀者角度出發，首創「英文為體、法學為用」的法學英文工具書。而在往年司法官、律師一試，及111年北大轉學考的試題中即可印證本書高頻命中的狀況。
