Seeking avenues for judicial review of European Union action, Türk (law, King’s College London) looks at the vast and complex case law of the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance, but also at the academic opinion that has accompanied the rulings of these courts over the years. He also suggests how the situation might change if the champions of the Lisbon Treaty can somehow achieve an end run around the Irish rejection of it and bring it into force at some point.
